How to Use AUTOCHEM Blue Antifreeze & Coolant Concentrate

Preparation

• Ensure the engine is completely cool before starting.
• Locate the coolant reservoir in your vehicle. Refer to your vehicle’s manual if necessary.
• Wear protective gloves and eyewear to avoid contact with the skin and eyes.

Mixing the Concentrate

• Determine the freezing and boiling protection levels needed for your climate.
• Mix the concentrate with distilled water according to the recommended ratio. Common ratios are 50:50 for general use.
• Use a clean container to mix and ensure the solution is well-blended.

Adding the Coolant

• Open the cap of the coolant reservoir slowly to release any pressure.
• Pour the mixed antifreeze solution into the reservoir until it reaches the “Full” mark.
• Securely replace the cap on the coolant reservoir.

Final Checks

• Start the engine and allow it to run for a few minutes to circulate the coolant.
• Check for any leaks around the reservoir and under the vehicle.
• Dispose of any leftover concentrate or solution according to local regulations.

Safety Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children and animals.
• Avoid inhalation or ingestion of the product.
• Store in a cool, dry place with the container tightly closed.
