How to Use Over the Hill Balloons

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

• Pack of 8 Over the Hill Balloons
• Air pump or helium tank
• String or ribbon (optional)
• Scissors (optional)

Step 2: Prepare the Balloons

• Open the pack and take out the balloons.
• Decide whether you want to fill them with air or helium.

Step 3: Inflate the Balloons

• If using an air pump:
  • Attach the balloon to the pump nozzle.
