DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use DPD for our Parcel deliveries and send goods through Pallet Network for pallet deliveries.

Shipping Destinations & Costs VIA DPD
UK Mainland -Orders BELOW £250 ex VAT £9.99 per parcel. We aim to minimize the repacking of any orders to save delivery costs

NON-UK Main Land Costs:

Republic of Ireland - £18.95 per parcel up to 30 kilos

Northern Ireland - £22.95 per consignment**

Scottish Highlands - £24.95 per consignment**

Isle of Wight - £24.95 per consignment up to 10 kilos

Scottish Islands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles - £30.95 per consignment**

Export Orders / International Deliveries

We do not send goods to any export locations but are happy to deliver goods to your freight forwarder UK main land address, on ward transport is the customers responsibility.

All our parcels are sent out by DPD typically on the 'Next WORKING Day' delivery service which needs to be signed for at the delivery point.

All pallets are sent out on through Pallet Network either on an 2-3 day Economy service *The next day service is available at an additional cost please message customer service with your postcode for these additional costs payable by the customer.

Please note pallet deliveries incur a delivery charge which is determined by your postcode. Orders below £200 ex VAT to the UK Mainland are £9.99. UK Mainland includes England, Scotland & Wales excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of order completion of payment

If require a faster dispatch time, please contact us, we will always try our utmost to accommodate any request.
Occasionally we may experience delivery delays due to factors beyond our control.
If we are experiencing delays in processing any orders, we will update you accordingly.

Orders placed on the weekend or during a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

Order Tracking
A tracking number and web link to the tracking website will automatically be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. DPD will provide you with a one-hour delivery window on the day of your delivery so you can carry on with other parts of your day as normal.

Please ensure all contact details provided during checkout are accurate. There is usually an option to change your delivery date also in case something comes up. This will ensure it is as easy as possible for you, our valued customer, to receive your delivery when it is most convenient. We work closely with DPD to be able to provide you with the most convenient delivery.

Please note tracking is not available on pallet deliveries or private courier options. We can of course provide guidance please email with your order number for more information.


 

Refund Policy

RETURNS / SHORTAGES / DAMAGES / Non-Delivery
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the goods are dispatched. After this point, the buyer will be responsible for any cost from the courier in returning the goods to our warehouse.

To Cancel Your Order Please contact our team or ensure you quote your name, address, and order number. The cancellation will be confirmed in writing to you.

Returns
We do not offer any products on any ‘Sale Or Return’ Policy all sales are final.

If you have ordered in error, and have received the order please contact our customer services team If we agree to a return, there is a 30% restocking charge which will be deducted from any refund applicable.

Damages
Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive your goods in full working condition, in a rare number of cases damages can occur during transit. Any signs of damage MUST be noted whilst the delivery driver is present, and you must inform us and sign for the goods as 'damaged' straight away. All deliveries have a time stamp so any damage to the parcel or pallet must be advised within a 2-hour window of the delivery window. We cannot process claims where it has been signed for without comment or as 'unchecked'.

For pallets, if there is significant damage to the goods you can refuse delivery explain to the driver the reason for the refusal, but please contact us first. We will require photographic evidence in any damage claims.

Shortages
All deliveries are accompanied by an invoice. Please check deliveries against your invoice enclosed. If goods appear on your original order but not on the invoice received with the goods then they are out of stock and will have to be re-ordered at a later date when they are available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You will only ever be charged for what we dispatch. If you cannot find this invoice please contact us and we will supply a copy.

Unavailable for Delivery or Refusal of Delivery
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday during business hours 8 am to 6 pm. DPD will provide you with a one-hour delivery window on the day of your Please provide a mobile number for accurate tracking information.

In the case where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will hold your order and try redelivery options are available, charges may apply. If delivery is not made within 3 - 4 days the goods will be returned to us at a charge that will be passed on to you. If orders are cancelled as a result of Delivery Refusal a restocking fee of £25.00 or 30% whichever is greater.

Please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it, we can not edit delivery locations once orders are placed.

Please note the recipient will be required to sign for all Pallet Deliveries.
